Refund Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

In short: if your first payment doesn't work out for you, we refund it in full if you ask within 14 days. Before paying you already get a 7-day free trial to decide.

1. First payment: 14 days

If you subscribe for the first time (monthly or yearly plan) and Órbita isn't what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of that first payment, no questions asked.

2. Renewals

Renewals (each following monthly or yearly charge) aren't refunded, because you can cancel any time before the renewal and won't be charged again. When you cancel, you keep Órbita until the end of the period you already paid for.

If a charge was a mistake on our side or Paddle's (for example, a duplicate charge), we'll always refund it.

3. How to ask

Paddle, which sold you the subscription, refunds the same payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.

4. What happens next

Once a payment is refunded, the access it paid for ends and the subscription is cancelled. Your projects and files aren't touched: they stay on your computer.

5. Your rights as a consumer

This policy doesn't limit the rights your country's consumer protection laws give you. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
