Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

In short: we keep the minimum for your account to work: your email, the status of your trial or subscription, how many minutes and days you use Órbita, and which computers use it. We never see your code, your files, what you say to the AIs or your voice. No analytics, no ads, no selling of data.

1. Controller

Steven José López Sandí, an individual based in Costa Rica, is responsible for the data described here. Contact: stevenlopezsandi3@gmail.com.

Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record: payment and billing data are processed by Paddle under its privacy policy.

3. What we don't collect

4. Who it's shared with

Only with the providers we need to run the service, which process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are outside your country. We use providers that offer adequate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for those transfers.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive a copy, by writing to stevenlopezsandi3@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel a running subscription: cancel it first from Paddle's portal.

If you live in Costa Rica you may complain to the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB); in the European Union, to your country's data protection authority.

7. Security

Communications are encrypted (HTTPS). On your computer, the session is stored encrypted with the operating system's secure storage, and the license is signed so it can't be altered. On our servers, only the service's own functions can read the account tables.

8. Children

Órbita isn't intended for people under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

If we change this policy significantly, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it applies.
